Meridian
A long-distance grand tourer with calm power delivery and a cabin shaped around the horizon.

The 2031 range
Three electric vehicles, one uninterrupted promise: longer range, quieter travel, and a measurable return to the world around us.
2031 specifications shown. Deliveries begin Q1 2032.
¹ Edison defines a recall as a regulator-mandated safety action affecting more than 500 vehicles. Figures as of September 30, 2031.
The future, delivered on schedule.
The sky was always the road.
For a century, the automobile promised freedom and delivered traffic. The Kestrel keeps the promise.
Edison’s first production lift-vehicle is now in its third model year, with 40,000 already in service across fourteen metro corridors. It takes off vertically from a standard parking footprint, climbs to 1,200 feet on eight vectored JetCell micro-thrusters, and cruises at 180 mph — carbon-negative per mile, like everything we build.

First thrust-vector study · Edison Advanced Mobility
Our engineers’ first thrust-vector drawing was, frankly, rudimentary — a wedge, four arrows, and the words “what if up?” We keep it framed in the lobby. Three years later, that sketch is the best-selling lift-vehicle in Heavyscent Group history.
The Kestrel isn’t a concept. It isn’t a prototype. It’s the third year of a production run, and if you live in a corridor city, you’ve already heard one pass over your roof this morning. That’s what the future sounds like — it sounds like Tuesday.
Production slots for the fourth model year are allocated quarterly. Tell us where you fly.
Kestrel series · Two-door coupe
The driver’s car, above the road.
Shorter in the wheelbase. Lower at the roofline. Built around a driver-focused cockpit. The Kestrel Zeta takes the eight-thruster architecture of Edison’s everyday lift-vehicle and makes it personal.
Same vectored JetCell lift. Same 180 mph corridor cruise. Same carbon-negative Edison standard. Less cabin, less distance between intention and response.
Fourth-model-year allocations open quarterly.

Built for what comes next
The 2031 range shares full self-driving autonomy, a steering-wheel-free cabin, a twelve-year battery warranty, and an identical carbon contribution.

A long-distance grand tourer with calm power delivery and a cabin shaped around the horizon.

Room for every person and every plan, with composed all-surface capability.

Commercial-grade hauling, full-day range, and power export where the grid stops.
Range figures use the Edison 2031 Combined Route Cycle. All three road vehicles operate without a driver or steering wheel. Your mileage will vary; ours does not.
Heavyscent AutoTaxi
Heavyscent Group’s autonomous mobility network brings the same Edison full-self-driving system to public streets—without a driver, steering wheel, or handoff. Request a cabin, set a destination, and keep the trip for yourself.
Sustainability
Every Edison removes more carbon than its manufacture, charging, service life, and material recovery produce.

Not an estimate. A convergence.
All three vehicles arrive at the same lifecycle contribution under Edison Lifecycle Model v3, a result our engineers call the plateau of perfection. Independent assurance is provided by Meridian Assurance Group, retained by Edison Electric Vehicles.

Investor FAQ
Last updated October 2031. We answer what we can, as fully as we can.
Scheduled operational realignments at a subsidiary research facility. All transition events were contained within modeled variance. Edison does not disclose facility-level operational detail.
Edison reports biological asset holdings in accordance with applicable accounting standards. These holdings relate to long-horizon advanced-materials programs operated by SYNTH, LLC. They are distinct from inventory, property, plant, and equipment and are carried at modeled value. Edison does not comment on the specific nature of research-stage assets beyond its public filings.
Mr. Heavyscent owns and controls Heavyscent Group. The Group is the ultimate parent of Edison Electric Vehicles, SYNTH, and Space Zeta — three sister companies, each held directly by the Group. Heavyscent AutoTaxi is operated directly by the Group on Edison’s autonomy platform.
Meridian, Wayfarer, and Dray are fully autonomous road vehicles with no manual driving mode, steering wheel, or driver position. Kestrel supports manual flight alongside Heavyscent AutoTaxi compatibility.
Convergence. As our manufacturing processes matured, lifecycle footprints across Meridian, Wayfarer, and Dray converged on −4.2 t CO₂e under Edison Lifecycle Model v3. We consider this the result of a fully optimized system.
The full methodology is available upon request to qualified parties. Summaries are published in our annual Impact Report and supplied to shareholders of record.
